Saturday 27th March 2010Please be informed that the 2010 Secondary Schools U-15 Cricket Championship that was scheduled to begin on March 26, 2010 has been postponed.
The new date for the commencement of this year's championship will be April 16, 2010. This change of date has come about due to the number of "Sports Days" which will be held at the various secondary schools during the period March 23 - 30, 2010.
It is our hope that the schools will take advantage of this date extension and will increase their level of preparation for participation in the championship.
Also note that students who were part of the Sports Division's Primary Schools U-13 cricket programme are presently at the various secondary schools so sports teachers are being advised to engage these students to ensure their participation in the school's training programme.
Below is the fixture for the championship for your information and guidance.
We now look forward to your usual and continued cooperation as we together seek to ensure a high standard of cricket during this year's championship.
