Registered Athletes For Secondary Schools Independence Athletics Championship 2007
Registration Lists of each event of the Secondary Schools Independence Athletics Championship 2007 scheduled for Monday 22nd and Thursday 25th October in Grand Bay can be found below. The figures of registered competitors are encouraging: 203 girls and 214 boys in total.
Friday 5th October 2007Opening of Secondary Schools Football Championships
The 2007 Secondary Schools Football Championships will open on Monday 8th October at 2:00 pm at the Geneva Playing Field in Grand Bay.
This year, eight (8) schools will participate in the competition in three age categories (U-20, U-17 and U-15) however the opening will feature four schools playing in two matches as follows:
- Goodwill Secondary School versus Dominica Grammar School (U-15)
- Isaiah Thomas Secondary School versus Pierre Charles Secondary School (U-20)
The first game will begin after the opening ceremony at 2:30 and the second will begin 4:00 pm.
